Del Ozone Mixing De-Gas Vessel XL For AOP 50 – MDV-100J-01

The Mixing De-Gas Vessel XL(MDV) prevents ozone bubbles from returning to the pool, which eliminates bubble noise and visibility. The MDV should be used in all indoor, covered, and vinyl-lined pools and used in conjunction with a DEL AOP 50 system.

When flow enters into the mixing de-gas vessel, the ozone bubbles float and accumulate at the top of the vessel. The water returning to the pool then passes through the bottom of the MDV XL and injected back into the main feed line. The ozone bubbles will then pass through a float valve and sent through a carbon destruct. This will neutralize ozone before venting into the atmosphere.

The MDV system may also be used in outdoor application to eliminate bubbles from the return flow. The MDV XL allows for a higher concentration of ozone to be used on pools and spas.

2″ quick disconnect fittings.

MDV XL should be plumbed at a minimum 4′ downstream from the AOP 50.

The exhaust tube will release condensation under normal operation.
